I finished up my Sanctuary journal quilt. I quilted it with a variegated blue rayon thread, and love the way it sparkles like sun on the water!
I’ve been developing a new quilt facing process – and I’m so happy with how the corners came out! I wrote a tutorial on my new favorite facing technique.

Gosh, Terry, great minds really DO think alike! I’ll send you a pic of a reflection piece I did at the marina here in Burlington a couple of years ago. It was just the sailboats reflected. Glorious colours and patterns in the water. Love your piece! Well done!

This is a wonderful piece Terry! I especially like that you shared where your inspiration came from. It definitely reminds me of the reflections in the water of a safe harbour…a vessel sanctuary if you will.
